1. Are all Nawaabiyat products handmade?
Yes. Every Nawaabiyat piece is handcrafted by artisans using traditional Chikankari, Zardozi, and other delicate embroidery techniques. Slight variations in design, color, or stitch are signs of genuine handwork — not defects.
2. What kind of fabrics do you use?
We use premium, breathable fabrics such as Mul Chanderi, Kota Cotton, Muslin, and Georgette to ensure comfort, durability, and an elegant drape.
3. Can I customize my outfit?
Yes — we accept custom design or size requests on selected products. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your requirements before ordering so we can confirm feasibility and lead time.
4. How should I care for my handmade outfit?
We recommend dry cleaning only for all embroidered garments to preserve fabric, thread color, and intricate handwork.
5. How can I place an order?
Place orders directly on our website: www.nawaabiyat.com. Select product, choose size, add to cart, and checkout.
6. How long does it take to process an order?
Because products are handmade to order, processing takes 8–10 business days before dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking link when the order ships.
7. Can I modify my order after placing it?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to request changes (size, address). Once processing begins, modifications may not be possible.

9. What are your shipping charges?
We offer free shipping within India on orders above a minimum purchase value. International shipping charges depend on destination and will be shown at checkout.
10. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times after dispatch:
- Domestic: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–15 business days
11. How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped. Use that link to monitor delivery in real time.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International customers can place orders on our website; shipping charges and import duties (if any) will apply.
13. What is your return policy?
Because items are handmade to order, we do not offer returns or refunds. Exchanges are available only for size issues or for damaged/defective products.
14. How do I request an exchange?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. Our support team will guide you through the exchange process.
15. Do you offer refunds?
No. We do not provide monetary refunds or store credits. Exchanges apply only for size or damage-related concerns.
16. Are sale/clearance items eligible for exchange?
No. Sale or clearance purchases are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
17. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallet payments via secure payment gateways. International payment options are supported as well.
18. Is my payment information safe?
Yes — all transactions are SSL-encrypted and handled by trusted payment partners. We do not store full payment details on our servers.
19. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
